Rules & General Information:
1) The race is to be held under the rules of ASA and AGN
2) Licensed athletes must wear their 2018 licences in front and at the back of their vests
3) Unlicensed athletes must wear temporary licences at the back of their vests
4) All foreign athletes must abide to the IAAF rule 4 part 2
5) Athletes must wear official race number in front of their vests and it must not cover logo on ASA licence number
6) Age category tabs must be worn in the front and at the back of vest by athletes competing for prizes. Proof must be provided when required, for winners
7) Walkers must wear their “W” or “Walker” tags in front and at the back of their vests if they are competing for the prizes
8) No seconding is allowed
9) All athletes participate solely at their own risk. Organizers and sponsors will not be liable for any injury, illness, damage of theft.
10) Marshals, traffic officials and road rules must be obeyed at all times
11) Referees decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
12) Regrettably no pets, roller blades or cyclists are allowed
13) Medical support will be provided
14) Water points will be provided at every +/- 3km
15) Tog bag area will be provided
16) Parking is available, but the race organisers will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods
17) Minimum age is 14 year for 10km and 16 years for 21km
18) No iPods are allowed
19) Wheelchair and Stroller participants are allowed as the road is wheelchair friendly
